The festival is a week-long celebration of Russian influence on the fine and performing arts of Europe and the US. Dancing tickets cost $125 per person and dining tickets cost $325. VIP tickets, which include a private champagne and caviar cocktail with the Ball's Guest of Honor, and exclusive opportunities to attend other festival events, cost $600.
